Project Overview & My Role :
Techhealty was designed as a multi-clinic healthcare platform that helps patients discover hospitals and doctors, manage appointments and access their medical information through one mobile experience.
I worked as the UX/UI Designer with end-to-end responsibility for the product experience—from researching appointment processes and defining user flows to creating the final interface and interactive prototype.
The project was completed in 2020 over a period of 2–3 months. I collaborated with a frontend developer, a backend developer and the stakeholder through weekly review sessions, refining the requirements and validating each stage before handoff.

Problem & Solution :
Simplifying Care, From Search to Appointment
PROBLEM
Patients faced fragmented booking processes, long waiting times and limited access to their medical information. Hospitals also needed a more flexible way to manage appointments and reception workflows.
SOLUTION
Techhealty brought clinics, doctors, appointments and medical records into one connected platform—making healthcare access simpler for patients and daily operations clearer for hospital teams.

Research & Discovery :
Understanding the Real Appointment Journey
I explored how appointment and reception processes worked across private hospitals—from patient registration and doctor selection to scheduling and accessing medical results.
The findings were reviewed with the client during weekly sessions, helping us clarify unclear requirements and define the platform’s core experience.

User Flow & Information Architecture :
From Search to Care, Without Friction
The platform was structured around four core patient goals: finding a clinic or doctor, choosing a service, booking an appointment and accessing medical results.
Each flow was simplified to help users navigate services across multiple hospitals while managing everything through one account.

UI Design System :
Designed for Clarity and Consistency
A focused visual system helped keep the multi-clinic experience familiar, readable and easy to scale across different healthcare services.

One Connected Journey for Every Patient
The final experience brought clinic discovery, doctor appointments, healthcare services and medical results into one consistent mobile platform.
A scalable UI system and interactive prototype were delivered for development and future use across multiple hospitals.
